DRÄXLMAIER Vietnam runs for fund
66 employees from DRÄXLMAIER in Vietnam took part in the Da Nang International Charity Marathon, arranged by a local organizer, on March 24. Participants could choose from various running distances at the event and our employees made a clear statement: One dedicated runner conquered an entire marathon, covering 42 kilometers. Four participants took on the challenge of the 21-kilometer half marathon. Another 34 employees ran the ten-kilometre race and 27 participants completed the five-kilometre run.
The effort paid off
Thanks to their joint commitment, the employees in Vietnam managed to raise a significant amount of money. As a result, over 5,000 euros were raised to support orphans, children with disabilities and elderly residents of the village of Hoa Binh in Quang Nam.
